Unbox & Set Up

Once your printer arrives, we come to your home to unbox it, assemble it, level and calibrate it, and run your first test print together.

Learn the Software

We install your slicing software and walk you through it hands-on, so you leave knowing how to get from a model file to a great print.

  • Cutting models and adding joints/connectors so large prints fit your bed

  • Infill types (grid, gyroid, cubic, lightning and more) and when to use each
  • Infill percentage: balancing strength, weight, and print time
  • Walls and perimeters, and why they often matter more than infill
  • Support types (normal vs. tree/organic) and where to use them
  • Dialing in supports that are clean and easy to remove
